TEH LITTLE ALIEN

The Little Alien

Once upon a time in planet Jupiter, there was a green and puffy little alien. He lived with his family at the biggest crater of his planet.

His dad was the king of all the universe.

The little alien liked to look at all the planets and constellations when he was bored.The puffy alien always stared at Earth.

He noticed that this planet had a beautiful nature, but one day, when he was staring at planet Earth, he saw something different. The Earth seemed to be more dark and gray. It seemed sad. All its beauty was starting to disappear.

He spent his days disappointed. He was trying to figure out why the wonderful nature he used to see was gone.

His dad asked him why he was so sad, but the little alien did not know how to explain.

One day in school, the alien teacher explained to the little aliens that planet Earth was getting contaminated.

She told them that humans did not know how to be clean. The green alien asked the teacher what they could do to help Earth but the teacher did not have good ideas.

Later, he decided to tell his father about his concern.

His father, the king, wanted to make his son happy, so, he gathered all of the aliens that lived in Jupiter and told them to make many recycle bins.

When the recycle bins were done, the little alien and his father went to Earth with all the bins and put one in every house.

When they where putting the last bin in one house a little human boy saw them and asked them what they where doing.

The little green and puffy alien explained him what they where doing wrong and was causing the earth to turn gray and sad.

The little boy was so worried that he asked them to tell all the humans of Planet Earth what they could do to make their planet happy and full of nature again.

Some days later, the little green and puffy alien received a letter from his friend at Earth that said that al the people where recycling and that Earth was getting beautiful again.

The little green and puffy alien looked at Earth.He saw something beautiful and amazing. Tears went out of his eyes because Earth was clean again.

All of the aliens made a party to celebrate their accomplishment.

Once again when the little green and puffy alien stared at Earth with a smile on his face and he knew that he had saved that planet from the worse.

Jimmy´s Trash Island

JIMMY´S TRASH ISLAND

“Jimmy hurry up, we are going to be late to Alicia’s birthday party!” said Jimmy’s mom

“I don’t wan to go. I hate birthday parties and I hate Alicia!” said Jimmy

“Jimmy don’t be such a brat! We are going whether you like it or not!” said Jimmy’s mom

“No!” Jimmy said

Jimmy didn’t feel like going to the party, he had gone to three birthday parties in a row. Since Jimmy was being mean, his mother, decided to ground him and not take him to any more parties that month. After a while of being alone in his room Jimmy got bored. So he tied up all of his blankets and curtains and threw them out the window. He climbed down the blankets and ran away. He grabbed his bike and decided to ride it around the city.

As he was riding around town,he saw a blank peace of paper someone had just thrown out of a bus window,and so he took it and stared at it for a while and thought...

“What will I do with this piece of paper,I know! I’ll make a boat, and i will sail the seas to my own world where there is no birthday parties and no mothers.”

So he sailed the sea for 2 days and finally he found a place to rest. Jimmy was so tired he fell asleep immediately.

The next day, he woke up and found the island full of garbage! It was terrible!

He was so upset, he had to do something about it!

Along the shore Jimmy saw something... it was getting close to him, he didn’t know what it was... So he hid in his boat because he didn’t know what it was.

The thing got closer and closer and suddenly two big round enormous eyes popped out it was a strange creature, but Jimmy was brave and went to talk to him.

“What are you? What do you want?” said Jimmy

“Hi, im Piggletoe and i don’t want anything... But i do need something.”

“umm Piggletoe, thats a weird name, what do you need?” said Jimmy

“i need your help, to clean this island because its hurting me, my family and my friends and all the fish that we eat dosent come bake because of all the trash in the ocean”said Piggletoe

“Oh Piggletoe i see that, and i will help you! Im Jimmy by the way” said Jimmy

“Great! thank you so much!” said Piggletoe

“we will put all the garbage in my boat so,when i go back home I’ll take it to the recycling center in my town I will teach you how to recycle because if you keep contaminating your environment you could despair ” said Jimmy

“ok then I’ll tell my family and friends to help us” said Piggletoe.

“Ok first we have to wash all the plastic bottles from the glass and the organics from the trash and the paper from the aluminium"

“Ok, but as soon as we finish I have to go back home, because I have to apologize mom and go to a party” said Jimmy

So Piggletoe and his friends and family did as Jimmy said and they put the all the garbage in Jimmy’s boat and they also learned how to recycle and now they didn't trow the garbage out they also learned to built things out of it like houses and buildings and so jimmy was happy and left the island with all the thrash on his boat as soon as h got home he apologized to his mother and the went to to Alicia's birth day and never again he could go to trash town but he knew he had a friend named Piggletoe that could keep the same island from trash...

Our big Mistake

Life was great in the world everything was prosperity. Flowers and trees covered the fertile ground. Animals lived in peace, together as a town a country or a family. All animals were vegetarians there was no need of eating the other nor for killing them everything was as God wanted except for something. All this perfection was great, but taking care of all of it was so hard, it was impossible. So, he decided to send two of his favorite angels they were called Man and Woman. They would take care of everything so well, because they had a gift from God: they could think. This gift was going to be needed because they had a mission, they had to reproduce, and all of the sons of Man and Woman would also have their gift and they had to take care of Gods creation As time went by, Man and Woman had more, and more and more sons daughters, even lots of grandsons and granddaughters. and these grandsons had their own kids as well as their kids and the kids of their kids. In all these years, humans were the directors and the kings so they started to feel powerful, superior. But this was only the begging.Humans started to abuse nature. They abused of the rivers, the trees, the ground and the minerals. Having what you needed was no longer enough, they wanted more and more. More food, bigger houses, more water. And for this they had to abuse the fertile ground, the trees cause they needed more an more wood for building shelter, and then paper was invented and the trees were even more abusedThings continued that way, nature was devastated. But we must not keep waiting on the world to change, our future depends on us, let’s make a change. This is our own world and it is the only one we got, we must take care of it as we must take care of ourselvesThis was what Vincent Shneider, thought when he came to see the Linfen city in Shanxi, China, this was the most polluted city in those times it was so terribly contaminated it was so damaged, the air was so polluted that the when you took in abreath, you felt it was very dense. Lots of the inhabitants used masks. It was awful. He really wanted to make a change. So he started by recycling he reused the things that could be used again. For example once he used a metal box as a coolerSo he continued doing this things that were very weird for all of the people. Who thought that the world resources would last forever. Who thought they could do whatever they wanted with their planet. Vincent spent all his life trying to convince his people that the world would not last forever, after he convinced his town he did it with his country, he became very famous in this seventy years the world was changing, people started to take care of it, of its resources, of themselves. When Vince was dead, most of the people took care of the world, he really saved us.

THE ADORABLE PRINCESS ROSE

Once upon a time, there was a princess called Rose. She lived in a very big, pink castle. She loved roses and she decorated her beautiful castle with them. On the windows, on the balconies, on the roof, in her bedroom, in other words, everywhere. She loved the smell, the different colors and the birds that surrounded them.

She had servants, with flowers in their uniforms. Everything in the castle had flowers and she loved the flowers with all her heart. However, she was not obsessed; she was a fair princess and she cared about her servants, and once in a while she also cared about her town. After all, she had once been a plebeian. When reflecting about this, one day, she asked her counselor: “Is this town fully decorated with flowers?”

He answered: “Well, I don’ t know for certain, since we have not gone down to the town in years”

She said: “Then, let’s go now!”

The words were clear, so immediately they started their trip to the city. Once there, Rose almost had a heart attack. She was impressed by how the city was without flowers. So she asked the first plebeian she saw:

“Oh my dear, why is my city flowerless?”

He said: “That’s because we don’t have money to buy flower pots, which by the way are very expensive.”

She answered: “ Oh. Now I understand, but still, I want to see this city happy and with flowers, so I am going to come tomorrow with a plan to make flower pots for you to have flowers”

Rose walked back to her castle and consulted their ideas with her pillow. She thought of something, but she wasn’t sure...

By the next morning she went back to town and in an open meeting, everybody
concluded that it would be a good idea to reuse all of the princess’ s used soda cans and transform them into pots.

Her servants and the people, all together, started the
job. Finally, they got 1 million different and decorated flower pots.

Then, Rose presented 1 million flower seeds. As soon as they got the seeds, they filled the soda can with soil and watered the soda can. This process was repeated many times in a period over a month.

Also, part of the plan was that if the cans are too old, they will be thrown into a trash bin and once a week, a princess´s server will pass all over town to pick the trash with the cans. Finally, he will take all of these cans to a recycling place in which they will make new ones from the old ones.

The process do not finishes there. It passes to a stage in which they are transformed to new by melting all the compacted cans and then, cooled in form of a shape of a can.

In the end, as time went by, the roses grew and the city became beautiful. The
princess and the people lived happily ever after.

Recycling for Kids

Once upon a time there was a

Planet named Earth.

In the Earth lived very happy people.

These people liked to

live in the Earth.

The kids played all around and everybody

lived in

peace.

But something bad was happening the Earth was getting dirty.

Oceans were getting dirty, the forests were being contaminated, and the Earth was full of trash.

Every day the Earth got dirty more and more. The Earth was so dirty that the poor animals started to die!

People didn’t care about what it was happening. They couldn’t see the great problem that was occurring.

One day, a family was going to the beach. When they got there they found a big surprise.

The beach was full of trash! They couldn’t believe what they were seeing.

Other people saw them, so they went to their houses and recollected all the newspapers and bottles to recycle them.

Days later people of other parts of the world were making recycling projects, and cleaning the environment.

These people learned that to recycle helps to not abuse of our natural resources and to maintain our world clean.
